“Travel Supplier”- the party to the contract that provides all/ part of the travel services and products that are featured on the site.
Services:
Rising Sun Travel offers an on-line facility that allows you to search and arrange everything your travel plans might require at the peace of your home or office. We have built this website with the sole purpose of providing our customers with the most user-friendly, cost-efficient facility.
Rising Sun & Co Ltd acts as an agent for third party Travel Suppliers of all travel services being marketed. Whenever an on-line booking is made and your chosen travel product is available, the contractual agreement will be between the Travel supplier and you, where Rising Sun & CO Ltd is not a party to the contractual agreement thereof.
Rising Sun & Co Ltd is holding its own travel & tour operator licence No 00589 and No PK -01 -8455 issued from Ministry of Tourism and Travel in Bulgaria.
Acting as an agent for the Travel Supplier, Rising Sun & Co Ltd. does not assume any responsibility for the travel products and services provided by the Travel Supplier and make no representations or warranties (express or implied) about the suitability or quality of travel products and services featured on the Site.
Information on the Site
All the general information on the Site is provided for purposes of guidance only. Please note that the published information may change at any time. For up-to-date information, you need to check with the relevant Travel Supplier, destination, embassy, or tourist office to confirm the guidance. In particular passports, visas, and vaccination regulations may vary and it is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that he/she fulfils all relevant passport, visa, and vaccination requirements.
Rising Sun & Co Ltd. does not guarantee that information on the Site (including without being limited to prices, descriptions, dates) is free from errors or omissions, however we try within all reasonable limits to amend any discrepancies as soon as practicable upon acknowledgement.

The information in this Site is provided on “as available” basis, where we do not assume any responsibility or liability for consequential interruptions and access failures that prevent you from finalizing a transaction. However, we will be happy to assist you with as much as we can in order to help you complete the interrupted procedure. Conditions and Limitations of the Travel Supplier
When you complete an on-line booking, it is deemed an offer from you to the Travel Supplier for a purchase of travel products or services. Subject to offer being accepted, we will send you an e-mail confirmation detailing the contact completed.
Please note that all travel products and services featured on the site are subject to availability and specific terms and conditions stipulated by the Travel Supplier/ its agent. These may encompass requirements on payment procedures, liability, cancellation and changes of bookings, refunds (if available) and any other deemed necessary by the Provider. During your fare search and booking, you will come across links leading to terms applying to the relevant offer at time. You are strongly advised to read those terms carefully and make sure you understand them fully. If you face any difficulties, you can refer to us for full details.
When booking flights, you have the option to enter any membership details of a frequent flyer program that is applicable to the fare. Please note that such frequent flyer programmes are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline providing in and Rising Sun & CO Ltd carries no responsibility or authority as to its operations/ terms / conditions.
It is the traveller’s responsibility to make him/her self-acquainted with and comply with any airlines/ other Travel Supplier rules on check-in times, flight reconfirmation, etc.
Please note the following [these are guidelines only, thus please refer to the applicable provider for current rules and conditions]:
- Check-in: recommended minimum check-in time is 120 minutes prior to departure for international flights and 90 minutes for domestic flights.
- Reconfirmation: it is often required to reconfirm your flight booking directly with the airline at least 72 hours before travel. Failure to do so may results in cancellation. You are also required to use all flight coupons in order of sequence. If this requirement is not met the airlines may void the travel coupons unconditionally.
- E-tickets: please note that airlines have very strict rules on E-tickets collection, which usually requires your own credit card or Air Miles ID, therefore we might need to ask for such details when booking. We hold no responsibility for non-compliance with the above rules.
Cancellation/Modification
You should expressly communicate in writing to Rising Sun any cancellations or modifications to the products booked/ purchased you desire to make. Please note that such alterations might (if permitted at all) might carry penalty or administrative charges. Please always consult with provider on the rules and conditions of the specific fare.
Rising Sun & Co Ltd. accepts all forms of written requests but will not be able to cancel or modify any travel product/service prior to receipt of your request. For hotel bookings it is possible to cancel or modify your booking through the Site in accordance with the hotel's specific terms and conditions.
Payment conditions
Full payment for all air and insurance products is required at the time of booking. Only payment methods specified on the Site will be accepted and no responsibility is accepted for cash sent through the post. Rising Sun & Co Ltd. will pass your credit card details to the Travel Suppliers, who will take payment for your bookings in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions.
Before payment is received in full, Rising Sun & Co Ltd is not obliged to issue any tickets, confirmations, vouchers, or other travel documents. However, you shall in all cases remain liable for payment of the amounts agreed for the travel products and services ordered.
Payment can be made by all major debit and credit cards as detailed on the Site. If your booking is being paid for with a third party credit card we may require written authorization to be provided by the card-holder.
Rising Sun & Co Ltd. reserves the right only to deliver tickets, confirmations, vouchers or other travel documents to your credit card billing address when requested to do so by the credit card issuer.
Further, in an effort to minimize the effects of credit card fraud, we reserve the right to carry out random checks, including checks of the electoral roll, and may request you to either fax or post to us proof of your address and a copy of the credit card and recent statement before issuing any tickets.
Taxes fluctuate in line with exchange rates.
Liability of Rising Sun & Co Ltd
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of your use of this Site or any of the travel products or services booked or purchased on the site. Where Rising Sun & Co Ltd is liable for direct loss this will be limited to a maximum of the total price of the products or services in respect of which a claim is made (save for the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit).

The Site may contain hyperlinks to external web sites owned and operated by third parties that we have no control over or association with, therefore no responsibility in relation to the accuracy, completeness and quality of the information contained within them. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure in the course of this Agreement if the same shall arise out of a force majeure event.
